Formulations:
To ensure optimum immunogenic potency of the native molecule, Stellar KLH™ is produced directly from our own quality controlled source colonies, always freshly processed, and purified in liquid form either as stable high molecular weight KLH complex or the constituent stable KLH subunit.
Stellar KLH™ is always in liquid form, never lyophilized. Lyophilization (freeze drying) is known to induce structural changes in proteins, including possible denaturation and dissociation of molecular complexes. Stellar KLH™ is rigorously evaluated for the absence of endotoxin and microbial pathogens.
- Stellar KLH™ HMW - High molecular weight (4 – 8MDa) stable preparation in DPBS buffer. Liquid form. Known for high purity (>98%) and immunogenicity. Used in conjugate vaccines and as a neoantigen for immune stimulation.
- Stellar KLH SUBUNIT - Stable preparations of KLH subunits (+600 - 800 KDa) in water for injection (WFI). Ready for conjugation to vaccine antigens. Highly purified (>95%) with homogeneous size distribution.
- Stellar KLH ASP - High molecular weight native KLH formulations in ammonium sulfate (ASP) slurry. Purity >87%. Uses including as starting material for GMP manufacturing of both subunit and high molecular weight KLH forms.
