Stellar Biotechnologies offers a range of quality Stellar KLH™ Protein.  To ensure optimum immunogenic potency of the native molecule, Stellar KLH™ is produced directly from Stellar Biotechnologies’ own quality-controlled aquaculture facilities.  Our proprietary methods provide high yields of clean, pure, and traceable KLH.  Our production processes ensure vitality of protein source, quality, reproducibility, and stability.

Stellar KLH™ is always supplied in liquid form, never lyophilized.  Lyophilization (freeze drying) is known to induce structural changes in proteins, including possible denaturation and dissociation of molecular complexes.  Stellar KLH™ is rigorously evaluated for the absence of endotoxin and microbial pathogens.

  • Stellar KLH™ HMW – Native high molecular weight (4 – 8MDa) stable preparation in DPBS buffer. Liquid form.  Known for high purity and immunogenicity.  Used in conjugate vaccines and as a neoantigen for immune stimulation.  Does not require adjuvant to induce potent immune response.
  • Stellar KLH™ Subunit – Stable preparations of KLH subunits (+600 – 800 KDa) in water for injection (WFI).  Ready for conjugation to vaccine antigens.  Highly purified with homogeneous size distribution. 
  • Stellar KLH™ ASP – High molecular weight native KLH formulations in ammonium sulfate (ASP).  Applications include as starting material for GMP manufacturing of both subunit and high molecular weight KLH forms.
